Cost Reports

There are two report output options:

  1    Info is displayed on the screen  2    Printed version of report

  Use “sets” to save frequently used selection criteria

Step 1:    Select drop down icon

Step 2:    Select “save”

Step 3:    Complete the following screen

                                               

Field Name	Action required
Default	Tick if this set is to be the first option on the list of sets
User	Select to select and remove users who can have access to the “set” which is saved

Step 4 :    Select to save changes

Step 1:    Use selection filters to select the data you wish to view / print

Step 2:    Configure the display     columns

  Right click in the blank space on the screen

Step 3:

  Select the data and the sequence you wish to view the information.

Use the following filters to select data and columns for a printed report
