Change Prospect to Client in Address Book

When an estimate is accepted, we recommend the prospect is classified as a client. When this change is made, JobBag creates a record : New Business Until dd/mm/yyyy (12 months from the date when the client accepted the estimate).

When an estimate is accepted, find the address book record of the prospect and edit it.

Step 2 Click on

A new data field appears - New business until. The default date is 12 months from when the first estimate was accepted. This date can be used to identify the billings for a period of 12 months.
