2 Totaling and Grouping Options
The totaling and grouping section allows you to select how your report is structured and totaled.
Turn on more or less totaling options by right clicking in the Totaling and Grouping section.
In the example below, we will see a total for each employee, then a total for all people who are in a specific role, and then a total for each employee.
3 Printing of Reports
The report output options are:

4 Saving of Selection Options
Step 1 Select required information and click on
Step 2 Fill in the information in the following screen and select click on to save changes.
