Print PO Reports

Introduction

You have a few reporting options, eg print POs and reports. This page covers print PO reports.

The PO reports available are:

1   PO Listing Report

2  PO Activity Log - this lists transaction history

Navigate: Costing > Purchase Orders > Print Icon > select PO Listing or PO activity Log

Print PO Listing Report

You have three destination options:
  1 Preview, 

  2 Printer, 

  3 Email out of JobBag

  4 Print as PDF - which you save and email out of out your email system eg Outlook

You can select existing PO Listings or search for POs

Next select the columns you require and the grouping

Print PO Activity Log

The activity log is a history of when and who created and amended the PO. You can select one PO or a list  or search for selected POs. You also have the option to select a date range.
