The Visual Planning function in JobBag allows you to:

1. Assign tasks to a person/resource
2. Identify current or potential resourcing issues
3. Assists with forward planning
4. Facilitates Monday morning WIP meetings

Visual Planning Boards

Allows you to set up an unlimited number of Visual Planning boards which allows you to have different ways to view your data. We recommend setting up a boards by job, by person, by department and by role.

Visual Planning Board Filters

The board filters allow you choose how you set up your visual planning boards. It allows you display the view daily, weekly monthly. Group by job, person, role department. Select a range of jobs and use exiting work list. Target specific kinds and resources.
